Good Faith Estimate

It is important that you know as a potential client that you are entitled to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” of what the charges could be for psychotherapy services I provide. While it is not possible for a psychotherapist to know, in advance, how many psychotherapy sessions may be necessary or appropriate for a given person, the estimate I will provide you (following your initial assessment) will be an estimate of the cost of services I would provide. Your total cost of services will depend upon the number of psychotherapy sessions you attend, your individual circumstances, and the type and amount of services that are provided to you. The estimate would not be contractual and would not obligate you to obtain any services from me, nor would it include any services rendered to you that are not identified in your written treatment plan.
